SGCAL is a web-based system for oligosaccharides that has properties to visualize the calculated results and experimental mass spectrometry(MS) data, supporting investigation on correlations between the structure of oligosaccharides and their fragmentation pattern. SGCAL is capable of building a 3D structure from sequence information and useful in analyzing MS spectra effectively by integrating MS spectra and calculation results to help identify complicated fragments in the oligosaccharides.
